Changes to access, management or data must fit the powers granted and the agreements made. I bring the technical situation and contractual questions together, in coordination with the parties involved and, where needed, their legal advisers.

Who delivers what, to whom and when? We make the handover, continuity and outstanding points concrete. My role is to protect the overall coherence and prevent the process from getting stuck between specialists.
